The Call-Out Section / we have a lot to go over
There's a vintage-heavy estate sale at the Tonganoxie Fairgrounds(?). The pictures are fun to look at, probably not up your alley unless you are looking for something very specific to the era they have.
Independence has a mother of a sale, with special mention to the tiled victorian washstand, dough box end table, the 1930 Kansas City phonebook, and so much to uncover if you're up for the drive.
Just south of that sale is a good collection of furniture pieces with some mid-century flair. Some of the pieces look to be in near perfect condition but there are also pieces with good bones to them if you're up for some reupholstering or refinishing.
A first for me: a Haunted Quilt!
A very basic sale in Olathe but it's a good thing! If you need kitchen cookware, shelving units, pots + planters, and yards and yards of Christmas garland. Not a flashy sale but a good one to stock up on your essentials.
Another stock up sale but with cowboy vibes! They have Le Creuset, iron patio furniture, holiday decor, bamboo curtains, and some tools + hardware supplies.
A home staging liquidation sale for another stock up option! It is Saturday only (from 12 - 4pm) but they have shelving units, moving supplies, linens, dishes, and curtains.
Thank you for shopping your local sales!
