It is absolutely an estate sale buzzword right now but mid-century pieces are typically better taken care of, work better with your eclectic decor, and help you achieve that lovely curated feel to your home without a trip to Target.

What else is going on this weekend?
the James B Nutter Multi-Generational Family Sale! I had no clue what to expect either. Located offsite at a store in OP, it's filled with mostly furniture but and also Elvis Presley Bear, multiple rugs, a dollhouse with the JB Nutter logo on it, and vintage Pumpkin / Halloween decor.
This Lenexa sale is mostly a skip for me but the patio furniture + outdoor furniture looks to be in good condition!! Snatch it up starting on Sunday.
But if you're already in Lenexa, check out this sale for vintage Christmas, cute mid-century inspired glassware and mugs, and a bench made from a truck tailgate.
This Overland Park sale has a huge collection of art + furniture, oh and the homeowner was a salon rep so there are 50+ hairdryers, misc hair and salon supplies, earrings + ear piercing kits, and so much more. Very very interesting contrasts but honestly worth a walk around.
Collections on collections in east / central Kansas City. Including but not limited to: cameras, fishing supplies, Hallmark ornaments, vintage packaging, tools, and beer signs.

I couldn't tell ya when this estate sale was originally supposed to happen but now it's happening Monday! Ya know, the Mission Hills one with art objects, cool furniture, art, clothing, the usual.
