​It is almost August and we are starting to see the uptick in Halloween decor. Keep this on your radar and start making your list for holiday decor wants + needs. We've had luck in buying string lights, ornaments, and other decor pieces from estate sales that are in great condition.
​
Back to this weekend, it's mostly a good weekend for decor but you'll see below that Shawnee has a closet of vintage dresses, and Parkville has a home full of mid-century charm. Happy shopping!

The Call-Out Section

Opened today, ends Friday at 2pm: in the Red Bridge area. Tons of wall art, gilded frames, and delicate decor pieces. I like a lot of the copper wall hanging pieces, and pleaaase look at this gorgeous (and heavy) set of drawers. ​

I don't know how I would begin to describe the variety of styles that are crashing into each other in this home, but it's a huge sale and a worthwhile peruse if you're looking for the something that every main character of Gilmore Girls would enjoy. (Thurs - Sat in OPKS)

​Fun outdoor decor in Shawnee, I really love the metal flowers and birds. (Thurs - Sat)

​This sale in Independence leans more traditional and in some rooms, antique-y BUT I do love this type of sale for well-made pieces of furniture. So many side table options, I'm on the hunt for some small but cute ones to cozy up next to a chair. There are solid buffets + cabinets if you're trying to source something not made of particle board. I also love seeing a valet stand like this! (Thurs - Sat)

​A smaller sale near Wornall + Meyer with nice pottery and copper pieces but tbh, I think the only thing I would pick up is this sun tile mirror in this pic. (Fri - Sat)

​Tons of Halloween Decor!! And also Vintage Dishes, Retro Toys + Snoopy Collectibles, and I love this set of glasses + coffee kettle. (Fri - Sun)
