Hi friends! It's a goooood weekend for estate sales. Most of them are jam-packed so I'm not seeing as many era-specific or genre-specific sales, which also means it's a good weekend for treasure hunting.

What else is going on this weekend?
Overland Park has a cool sale with mid-century furniture and decor. It's not as packed as the sales below but a good peruse if you're in the neighborhood. Plus it's 50% off on Sunday!
Also in Overland Park, a straight-forward sale with furniture and misc. garage finds but I reaaally like these tables.
Another good table option in south Kansas City.
South Raytown has an interesting mix of antiques but I'm here for the velvet captain painting, and the dining table with caned-back chairs.
Saturday only in Raytown: I see a lot of skip-worthy things but they have plants, tons of musical instruments + speakers, and tons of tools and garage items. It does end at 2pm though!
Sunday only in Gardner: Homeowner collected antiques! Big cottage-core vibes with a few modern pieces mixed in. I love the furniture options and funky little decor pieces. Also, Cash + Venmo!

What a jam packed sale in south Overland Park! I try not to use this phrase too much but I think anything you are looking for is at this house. Heavy emphasis on holiday decor, photo frames, kitchen decor + equipment, crafting supplies, but and also, so much vintage decor.

Candidly, I got dizzy trying to go through all the photos. But the antique furniture options are good, the vintage Pyrex options are good, and the statues + figurines are plentiful.

I think the main theme of this sale is a mix of golf items + holiday decor your grandma has collected over her entire lifetime. Also of note, vinyls, a vest with fancy frogs, and seriously, so much golf decor.

Homeowner was an artist so the house is packed with original art and collected art. Also of note, political action figures (did we know Pete Buttigieg got an action figure?), vinyls, books (including first edition copies), all kinds of art objects, and more. Overall, vibes are good.

A few good outdoor decor pieces tbh but my eyes are on the antique furniture pieces and all the fun vintage Christmas decor!! The stoneware crocks are also beautiful. It's a bit more of picker vibes but a good range if you're in the market for furniture, collectibles, or dollhouse miniatures.
